Market America employs nearly 750 people globally with operations in the United States, Canada, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain and Singapore. Through the company’s shopping website, SHOP.COM, consumers have access to over 80 million products, including Market America exclusive products and thousands of top retail brands.

SHOP.COM had a 25 year old proprietary data management solution that was heavily customized, complex to manage and in need of multiple updates. SHOP.COM was faced with the decision about whether to rebuild its product data management solution or buy a third-party solution.
