According to a Cap Gemini study titled “Beyond the Label: Providing Digital Information Consumers Can Trust”, the data consumers receive in today’s digital marketplace is often inaccurate, incomplete or missing entirely. Apparently nearly 40% of shoppers said they would not buy a product if they could not trust the accuracy of the digital information.
