Requirements & Discovery
Through collaborative workshops, we review your workflows, product data and digital asset structures and content, business rules, and enrichment, migration, and integration needs. We also review your reporting, security, and usability requirements. We create key project documents including a Project Plan, Data Model Definition Document, Authorization Requirements Document, UI Configuration Requirements Document, Integration Requirements Document, Workflow Requirements Document, Automation Rules Requirements Document, and Data Migration Requirements Document.
Solution Design

Environment Setup
